Permanent account deletion, clearly controlled
AFRINOMICS provides account deletion inside both the website and mobile applications, with a support route when account access has been lost.

Delete from the web platform
Sign in, open Profile, select Manage on either profile card, expand Account controls, type DELETE, and confirm Delete account. This starts permanent deletion from inside the account.
Delete from the mobile app
Open Account, select Delete account, and confirm the deletion prompt. The app will securely submit the request using the active account session and sign you out after completion.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes the authentication account and associated profile data. Related listings, memberships, conversation records, uploads, and transactional records are removed or disconnected according to platform data relationships and legal requirements.
Limited records that may remain
AFRINOMICS may retain limited, access-controlled records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, financial recordkeeping, or proof that a deletion was completed. Retained records are not kept as an active marketplace profile.
Protected operational accounts
Master Admin, Master Deal Maker, and Master News Maker identities are protected operational accounts and cannot be deleted through self-service controls. Their governance must be transferred and audited before privileged access can be retired.
Unable to sign in
Email support@afrinomics.com from the account address and request deletion. AFRINOMICS will verify account ownership before completing the request.
