Clear rules for a trusted transaction environment

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and be legally capable of using the platform. AFRINOMICS may require personal or business verification before permitting publication, communication, or transaction progression.

AFRINOMICS uses a controlled Deal Maker model. Listing creators and interested parties communicate with AFRINOMICS in separate case threads and may not use the platform to bypass that structure, exchange direct contact details, or circumvent AFRINOMICS.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, authority, and currency of information you submit. You authorise AFRINOMICS to review, format, moderate, verify, and present submitted information for platform operation. Approval does not amount to a guarantee, endorsement, valuation, or legal, financial, geological, or technical opinion.

You may not impersonate others, submit deceptive or unlawful material, probe or attack the platform, misuse confidential information, manipulate communications, upload malicious files, scrape protected data, or attempt unauthorised access. Fraud, spam, harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual content, nudity, graphic violence, and material that exploits or endangers children are prohibited. Do not disclose another person’s private information without permission or share material you are not authorised to use. Listings and communications must remain relevant to lawful mining business. AFRINOMICS may remove content and suspend or terminate access to protect users and the platform.

In the mobile app, use Report or block on a listing or message to report content or block its author. You can manage blocked users in your profile. Reports are private and reviewed by authorised AFRINOMICS administrators; submitting a report does not automatically penalise another user. You may also report concerns to support@afrinomics.com. AFRINOMICS reviews reported content and may remove it or restrict accounts where these rules are breached.

Marketplace information is supplied by users and reviewed within practical platform limits. Users must perform independent legal, technical, financial, sanctions, ownership, and regulatory due diligence. AFRINOMICS does not guarantee that a listing, counterparty, transaction, price, resource, service, or outcome is complete or suitable.

We work to keep AFRINOMICS secure and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFRINOMICS is not liable for indirect, consequential, speculative, or opportunity losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on user-submitted information.
